What Causes Abdominal Pain And Low Urine Output?

I woke today with really bad sharp pain in my lower abdomen. I was in need of urinating but this pain doubled me over. When I finally urinated it came out very slowly even though I had a lot to pass. The pain has now gone but for the time it was excruciating .
