What Causes Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

I was on the patch for 3 years. recently got off 6 months ago,within those 6 months Ive been having unprotected sex,My last period was in january I took a pregnacy test along with a blood serum test on the 15 of march and they both came out negative, i feel bloated,nausea,slight abdominal pain
