What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Duphaston?

iam undertaking duphaston tablet. and iam feeling abdominal pain for the past few days. today iam having little blood discharge. iam awaiting to confirm my pregnancy. today's my 28th day. is the blood discharge a part of my menstrual cycle or will i get pregnant. please advise
