What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomit Every Morning?

I wake up early every morning with a stomach ache. I vomit. My body gets all tingly and numb. And I start to feel very nausea and almost to the point where I want to pass out. My chest feels like it is going to cave in. I have to take big deep breaths a lot. I have been to the doctor and hospital several times and took several test and all of them come back perfectly fine.
