What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting?

My eight year old is feeling needles prickling her all in her stomach and she circled her entire abdomen when referring to where the pain was. This is going into the second day that she has mentioned this but she says she has had this pain for more than two days now. This feeling is accompanied by small amounts of vomit but it didn t relieve the pain. What could this be? Should she be taken to emergency care?
