What Causes Abdominal Pain, Back Pain, Urge To Urinate And Constipation?

I had abdominal pain that put me in ER last week. Also frequent urge to urinate and constipation, pain in lower back. If I sneeze I drop to my knees. Constant nausea and now shortness of breath. The doc called today and said that the trans vaginal ultrasound showed a small ovarian cyst but she does not think that this is causing my symptoms. My gut is telling me to rule out ovarian cancer. I am going to try to get into my ob tomorrow? Thoughts?
