What Causes Abdominal Pain During Fourth Week Of Pregnancy?

My wife is in 4th week of first pregnancy. Last night we travelled in an auto rickshaw ( 3 wheeler) for some 20 minutes and the road was too bumpy. The driver drives rashly. Right now she is having pain on the right side of the abdomen and we are now worrying that is anything went wrong. Please reply back.
