What Causes Abdominal Pain During Pregnancy?

I am 18 weeks pregnant and am having very pain in my abdomen to the right of my belly button , I also feel like my stomache is very swollen and sore to the touch. Any movement makes it worse like walking sitting and laying down and it is sore when I press on my stomache even very gently
