What Causes Abdominal Pain, Fatigue And Fluctuating Blood Pressure?

I have been having abdominal pain in my upper right quadrant, under my ribs, nausea, fatigue, weakness, varying blood pressure, sensitivity to heat, constipation/diarrhea, and an overall feeling of illness. I have had blood, urine, CT, and ultrasound done. Everything has come back normal. I have an appointment with a GI specialist. I'm just wondering what your opinion is on the symptoms and lack of answers. What is your opinion?
