What Causes Abdominal Pain Post Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy and bladder sling and stitching 4 weeks ago Monday and I came back to work but am feeling bad around lunch time and still hurting, is this normal. I was surprised the Drs. let me return back so soon I know a lot of people that only have had partial hysterectomies and are just going back to work.
