What Causes Abdominal Pain Radiating To Chest And Back?

I have been having stomach pains. It starts in my central stomach then radiates to my chest and back. I have been getting dizzy, lightheadedness, and sometimes my legs will feel tingly when i lie down. The stomach pains get worse at night with heart palpitations at times. Could these all be related? No gi or colon terrible found in scopes.
