What Causes Abdominal Pain Radiating Towards Left Side?

Having low stomach pain radiating up the left side and mildly on the right side. Have back problems also have diabetes. Just went to E R for stomach infection was gave 2 antibiotics Flagyl,& cypro,have taken almost all. Also have hepatitis C Im a 54 yr male with many health problems. No nausea at this time.
