What Causes Abdominal Pain, Vomiting And Blood In Urine?

Hello, I just had a question about some of the symptoms I've been having lately. I was just wondering if you could possibly point out what the problem may be. I have abdominal pain, vomiting, blood in urine, loss of appetite, elevated liver enzymes. This was my diagnoses at an emergency room, leaving me with no answers. If you can please help, I'd really appreciate it.
