What Causes Abdominal Pain When Suffering From Gallbladder Disorder?

hello i had a gall bladder attack last year and went to hospital for 3 days .had scans X-rays etc and was told i could have it out or go on a low fat diet and it might not occur again.i went on the diet but after a few months i can still feel a dull pain in upper right side.i played hockey but noticed i would be out of breath very quickly and when i over extended there would be a sharp pain in same spot.
