What Causes Abdominal Pain While Eating, Coughing Or Urinating?

I have a sexual pRoblem that started after my ex and I broke up. He would get me to squirt and now that we broke up ive been seeing someone and whenever I orgasm fluid builds up in my abdomen area and it hurts to pee eat cough have sex and ive been in excruciating pain from this fluid build up for 3 days now and it wont go away the guy im seeing now doesnt know how to release it and neither do I. This problem is greatly affecting my relationship and my life I dont want to have this problem anymore am I the only girl who gets this way and has pain because of it
