What Causes Abdominal Pain While On Mirena Coil?

I have a mirena and have not seen a oby-gyn since i got it 4 years ago. I pains that i would classify as a burning, spasm that appears on both sides of my abdominal. the pain goes all the way from upper right and left side to my hip area. I don't know if it has something to do with my mirena or something else. Which doctor should i go see?
