What Causes Abdominal Pain While Suffering From NASH?

I am a 56 year old female with NASH-fatty liver disease. Over the last several days I have developed pain in the upper quadrant of the abdomen, under the ribs. It started several days before on the left side by the spleen, than moved to the right side. Doctors offices are closed for the holidays and I would prefer not to go to the ER and wait 10 hours to be seen. I m having a hard time sitting, sleeping flat on my back and bending at the waist.
