What Causes Abdominal Pain With A Late Period?

Can i be pregnant with no sign than hardness in upper part of the stomach, still having periods but the last one was late, pain on the left part of the abdomen to my back. And the left abdomen pain is always when i am feeling hungry. I was only ill for 2weeks and that was almost one and a half months ago.
