What Causes Abdominal Pain?

I have been experiencing a dull pain in my abdomen. The pain gets worse as the day goes on and at night I feel as if there is something moving in my stomach, almost as if my intestines are moving and it hurts. There are times that I feel if as something is getting jammed into my rib cage and the pain will make me double over. This has been going on for weeks now and its getting worse.

No fever, no blood.
