What Causes Abdominal Pain?

I have an Mtp last month but I have pain in my lower abdomen before last night so I go for a sonography & acording to it I am pregnant,I take a Mt pill yesterday & second dose of 400 mg today but still no bleeding since 8 hours passed yt should I do?I still have much pain in my lower abdo men.plz sugest
