What Causes Abdominal Pains And Hip Pains With Digestive Problem?

I m concerned about the following symptoms I ve been having for the past month: -cramps after period has ended -headaches -hip pain on right side -abdominal pain once in a while -lots of gassiness and digestive issues -sharp abdominal pain left side -aching abdominal pain right side What could it mean? Also, I had two large ovarian cysts removed about a year ago so I feel like it might be another cyst, or maybe endometriosis.
