What Causes Abdominal Pains And Vaginal Bleeding Post Mirena IUD Insertion?

A little over a month ago I had the Mirena IUD inserted. Afterwards about a week had sex and have had complications ever sense such as pain, bleeding, cramps, fatigue, etc. I went to my health care provider she checked the Mirena and said everything was normal. I'm still having complications.
