What Causes Abdominal Pains,headache And Sore Breasts?

hi...i am an 18 year old female. i have been experiencing some mild abdominal pains, back pains, headaches, throat ache, mildly painful breast and nipples, tiredness, slight nausea, slight weight gain and eatting a little more that usual. what is wrong with me or happening???
