What Causes Abdominal Pressure After Intercourse?

thought i had a yeast infection as there was blood after intercourse...then got this belly weirdness..thought my inny belly button was going to become an outty...took Monistat, and it seemed to have reduced the pressure i'm feeling on my belly...what could this be?
