What Causes Abdominal Pressure And Spotting With Dizziness After Periods?

had a period lasting for 4 days lighter than normal,3 days after my period ended I felt very emotional and have had a "pressure" feeling in abdomen along with light spotting when I wipe(now 7 days after period ended)feel dizzy ,nausea what do you think?
