What Causes Abnormal Bleeding From Rectum And Vagina?

i have been having some abnormal bleeding lately from the rectum and also vaginal....it only happens when i dephicate and spotting when im not seeing my period....i also had an abnormal discharge that was very dark and looked like a piece of skin...im worried.....what may be the problem...scared
