What Causes Abnormal Bowel Movement After Child Birth?

I just gave birth to my son 13 days ago.My labour was pretty easy and only pushed for 2 minutes. But yesterday when I went to the bathroom to have a bow movement, it was just discharge and more today. Is this normal? Should I be concern? I had a regular bowl movement, but lately its just been white to clear gloopy discharge. Anything I can do?
