What Causes Abnormal Breathing Difficulty After Sinus Surgery?

Been suffering 3 years or more with breating problems ,diagnosed as allergy/ sinusitis/ asthma by 10 different doctors I believe. its defeated all of them. Two primary care, 3 ENT, pulmonolgist, allergist, and several more docs I don't remember from my 5 day hospital stay. Had sinus surgery 3 mos ago. Best 3 days I got were the first 3 after surgery. as soon as the bleeding subsided so did the breathing. Allergist didn't find any thing I was allergic to including fungal from a nail infection. was on antibiotics 68 out of 140 days following sinus surgery. I just quit taking it along with the daily decongestant/ antihistamine my primary doc told me to take very day 3 years ago. have also been on a lot of prednisone which helps the most but now I got cataracs in both eyes. secong ENT I saw says from the prednisone. My hearing which was bad has gotten much worse after the surgery. Hearing test at ent said I only lost 1 frequency from he test they did before surgery as if he one freq wasn't a big deal. Sometimes feels like I'm in a daze. went to ER one day it ws really bad. Er docasked if I was in pain. Told her no, just in a daze. She blew me off and said see an ent so I saw The third one, second in the same office. ER docs "clinical diagnosis" was acute sinusitis. Either she didn't pay attention in med school when they taught the difference between acute and chronic or she didn't pay attention when I told her I been fighting this 3 years. I got bilateral digital hearing aids and had them recently reprogramed. Every thing in louder but I still cant understand people talking to me. I a fed up with my condidtion and medical profesionals treating me. My diagnosis of doctors is they are all in a race to see who can treat the most patients in a day. In complaining about fullness in my ears the second ENT shot some air at my eardrum. He said it deflected so there was no inflammation inside. I also had a ruptured left eardrum which had healed over. He implied was from my use or overuse of hydrogen peroxide but I believe it was caused by he inflammation I didn't have pushing its way out. The very beginning of this was early 2011. When I got the new hearing aids , after examining my ears drums audiologist asked if I had a cold recently Which I had not. Secong thing was my voice became nasal 4 or 5 months before breathing symtoms. Primary doc that did my physicals for racing license noted chronic changes in left eardrum in 2005 and 2007 and then in 2009 said it returned to normal. I told him my hearing hadn't returned to normal. In 2011 I had the hearing aids when physical was done and he noted " hears well" on the form. This physical was for a racing license and no hearing test was done. Most racers cant hear. From what I get off the internet this could be EOM. After my hospital stay and sept 2012 when my lungs got full and I was on high doses of prednisone my ears also opened up. I have taken TOO much prednisone already so my question is what next.
