What Causes Abnormal Dizziness, Vomiting And Headache?

Hello I woke up this morning feeling tired as usual, but when I went to take a shower, I started to feel dizzy. After i left i started gagging but there was nothing in my stomach to throw up. Now i feel better after sleeping but my head still hurts. What should i do?
