What Causes Abnormal Hear Beat After Taking Water Pills?

My head hurts on the right side in a way it never has before; two weeks ago, my left breast seemed to vibrate and a sudden pain shot into my left shoulder, I moved my arm to stop the pain but it didn t- this took just seconds to start and stop; three days ago, my right leg swelled and my foot so, and my left foot, so I took40mg of water tablets for three days and the swelling went down but my right calve hurts every time I move it; my doctor wanted me to go to emergency three weeks ago for a abnormal heart beat but I didn t go, he couldn t find my last EKG and couldn t compare the two readings, I weigh 374 pounds after gaining 32 pounds since November, I am 64.
