What Causes Abnormal Lactation?

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have a query, I am 28 years old and female. Recently from the past one month i m getting milk from my breasts. Can you please suggest me what could be the reason and why is it so. I got engaged and marriage is in july. Please respond i have no idea what to do.
