What Causes Abnormal Menstrual Bleeding After Taking Sysron-N?

I am having PCOD and trying to conceive, as per my Gynaec she gave sysron-n for inducing my period. I took only 2 tablets but got my period but its not usual in type. Have brownish discharge for whole 3 days still not get my flow as usual. It makes me worry. will I get my flow soon? Or is it stops completely due to taking pills on period time? Please help me to find an answer....
