What Causes Abnormal Menstrual Periods?

Hi, I have hypothyrodism. I have been taking Levothyroxine for 4 years. I just got my blood test done for TSH and it was normal. However, my periods have been abnormal. I just had my periods for 2 weeks straight and after one week gap, I am having them again. I am getting extremely sleepy during daytime as well.
