What Causes Abnormal Menstruation?

hey doc me and my gf had oral sex 5 days back and dat day was the first day of her period.after sex i gave her a i pill coz i was not sure whether she will get pregnant or not..now after one day suddenly her period stopped and nxt day it started again as normal.so does it indicate she is pregnant....? plz doc m really tensed
