What Causes Abnormal Pap, Vertigo Dizziness And Fatigue Since Childbirth?

My last appt, I had an abnormal pap. I had two prior to this last one with the same results. I've also had a baby girl back in October, but ever since i've had her I keep getting vertigo sitting down and standing, dizziness, fatigue, headaches, i've lost weight, have no appetite. When I do eat because im hungry I only eat a few bites before I feel full. Whats wrong with me?
