What Causes Abnormal Periods And Bleeding During Intercourse?

I'm 34 years old and two months ago went off the Nuvo ring. Since then, I have not had a normal period and have been bleeding during sex. I had a normal vaginal delivery two and a half years ago. This is the first time I have had this issue. Please advise. Thank you.
