What Causes Abnormal Pulsating In Hands And Head?

For the last two days I ve the pressure pulses in my hands and head. The ones related to my head appear to effect sound as I perceive it. A constant pitch fan sound will change at the exact moment these pulses occur. I m also nauseous and tired.
