What Causes Abnormal Sense Of Smell?

Hello, my name is Nathan, I am 43 years old and for the past couple years my sense of smell has changed. Sometime if I bow my nose too hard or bend over or sneeze, I lose my sense of smell. Sometimes everything smells burnt or like metal. What could be going on with me.
