What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding Along With Terrible Headaches?

I started my period on January 28,2015 and was not normal at and it ended on February 6,2015 the whole it was pinkish to light reddish to brownish. Today is February 8,2015 and I see light colored unusual bleeding I have terrible headaches some light back pains leg cramps and pulling in my ovaries a little change in my appetite what does this mean please an advice?
