What Causes Abnormal Vaginal Discharge With History Of Hysterectomy?

Hello, I m 44, had a hysterectomy 2 yrs ago, just now, went to the bathroom and when I went to wipe it feels Like something is coming out, or dropped, I did look and I can see that that has happened, it looks like a sack of something? What could this be? Should I be worried? Thankyou, Bev
