What Causes Absence Of Ovulation?

hi - i am 36 years old- have undetectable levels of AMH so am taking cyclo progynova for one cycle before i start ivf next cycle- short protocol. Can you tell me if it affects ovulation in any way- i have not ovulated this month which is not normal. Also when should i expect my period - as soon as i finish the tablets?
