What Causes Absence Of Period In Spite Of Medications In A PCOS Patient?

I have pcos and after putting me in fincar i haven't received my period for a month. I have never been delayed by a month and so then my doctor put me on deviry for 5 days. i'm on my 5th day and still no period. Is something wrong? When should I get my period? Pls help.
