What Causes Absence Of Periods After C-section Delivery?

I had my daughter two years ago via c-section since then I haven't had a period until a month ago when me and my husband were having intercourse during which it felt like he was hitting something after I went to the bathroom and I was bleeding bad now it won't stop and the oder coming from me is the worst thing I have ever smelled, please help me.
