What Causes Absence Of Periods After Taking Nustrate Injection?

I had a nustrate injection in october,my next appointment was in december but I decided not go go because I was not seeing my periods. I spotted in january for 3 days,february I spotted again and now in march I did not see my periods.could I be pregnant?
