What Causes Absence Of Periods?

I have always had a rather unregulated period. I had my last period in November and haven t had one or any spotting since. I ve taken 3 pregnancy test that have all been negative. I have also felt some flutters that felt like movement (I have one child so I ve felt the feeling before). Is it possible for me to still be pregnant?
