What Causes Absence Of Semen Discharge During Ejaculation?

I am a 66 year old man. In the last week I had kidney stones which have now passed. My question is that when I have a orgasm there is no fluid ejaculated. Is this age related, diabetes related, complication of a kidney stone or other reason?thank you.
