What Causes Accumulation Of Fluid In Rashes Along The Inner Thighs?

Hello doctor... I got a problem with my inner thighs.... I scratched there for few days ago....and it makes scares like red or black i dnt know but now its becomes liquid filled in my thighs and also its affecting my main part...i dont know what it is...how can i solve it myself...because im worried to tell to someone else... And also i have exams...so please tell what should i do...shall i clean by hot water... Or which medicine should i take.... And also painfull...im going to dead...because im a helpless fellow please tell me :-(
