What Causes Aches In Hands And Leg After Starting Clopidogrel?

I suddenly have extreme aches in my hands and in my left leg. I rencently started Clopidogrel (Plavix) after a TIA on 2/12/15. Could this be the cause of my symptoms? I also have hypothyroid and my synthroid has been cut from 112 mcg to 75 mcg as my tsh was very low. No other changes to meds have been made
