What Causes Achy Neck And Black Circle Under Eyes After Smoking Marijuana?

I smoked marijuana and a cigarette it was probably .6 grams of very high quality marijuana and a 305 menthol cigarette after completing a half blunt and half cigarette I had to jump a fence, i jumped the fence and shortly after I was having black spots completely cover my vision as well as my legs got shakey and I couldn t manage to keep my balance, I immediately grabbed for anything I could grab (I was in a parking lot tried to grab cars) still however fell a total of 7 times I was fully standing up then falling all the way down hitting my head pretty much every time I was aware of what was happening for the most part but could not for the life of me keep myself upright and sometimes twitched uncontrollably but could still sort of see and hear what was going on the entire time. I know have a severely aching neck and black circles under my eyes I am worried I gave myself a concussion and had a seizure. I was extremely hugh and just want to understand what happened it was be nice to get a response thank you
