What Causes Acid Reflux Along With Pressure Around Navel?

I am a Gastric Bypass patient 11 years out and currently using a feeding pump and tube to gain some weight for the 3rd time since the initial procedure. I also have a hernia located near my naval. I've been having a lot of gas and bloating with pressure around my navel and when draining my tube I see food particles, blood and a lot of bubbles. I noticed that the pressure and bloats feeling goes away if I press on that hernia area while flushing the tube. A Gastra Fistula has been ruled out. Could it be possible for food and air to be getting into the part of my old stomach where the feeding tube is located by way of that hernia? Which would explain why when putting pressure on or around that area causes more yellow fluid to drain out and the pressure to subside.
